By accessing our website, submitting a form, or enrolling in a class, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Services
J Martini Academy provides bartending training courses, workshops, and related educational services. Class availability, schedules, and pricing are subject to change at any time.
3. Waitlist and Enrollment
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment. Enrollment opens on a first-come, first-served basis once registration begins.
4. Tuition and Payments
Tuition for our courses is listed on our website and may vary based on course type and duration.
We may offer referral-based discounts or promotions; eligibility and terms will be provided during enrollment.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise stated in your enrollment agreement.
5. Referral Program
Students can earn tuition discounts by referring friends who enroll.
Referral discounts are applied as follows:
1 referral = 30% off tuition
2 referrals = 60% off tuition
3 referrals = 100% free tuition
Referrals must enroll through the proper referral link and complete payment for discounts to apply.
6. Communication Consent
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from HTX Bartending School via email, SMS, or phone. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to text messages or unsubscribing from emails.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photos, videos, and graphics — is owned by HTX Bartending School or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
J Martini Academy is not responsible for any damages resulting from use of our website, enrollment in our courses, or reliance on provided information.
